What exactly is the NJCLICK Keepsake Station™?+
It's a live, in-person experience where a photo becomes a physical keepsake — a magnet, a keychain, a piece of pressed apparel, or an engraved item — made by hand in front of your guests. It's not a vending machine and it's not a mail-order favor. It's craft, performed live, at your event.
Is this the same thing as a photo booth?+
No — and that's exactly the point. A photo booth captures the photo. The Keepsake Station takes a photo (from any source) and turns it into something guests carry home. The two work beautifully together, but neither one replaces the other.
Can we book the Keepsake Station without a photo booth?+
Yes. As a standalone experience, guests either scan a QR code to upload their own photo, or a roaming photographer captures candid shots throughout the night — either way, there's no photo booth required.
Can we add it to a photo booth we're already booking?+
Yes — this is one of the most popular ways to book it. Guests use photos already captured in your NJ Click photo booth, and the Keepsake Station turns those same photos into a magnet, keychain, apparel piece, or engraved keepsake, live.
How does the QR code option work?+
Guests scan a code posted at the station, upload a photo straight from their phone's camera roll, and our maker takes it from there — no app download, no waiting on anyone else's timeline.
How does the roaming photographer option work?+
A photographer moves through your event capturing candid, in-the-moment shots, which feed directly into the Keepsake Station so guests don't have to do anything except enjoy the party.
How does the photo booth version work?+
If you already have an NJ Click photo booth at your event, we simply route those photos to the Keepsake Station. Guests get their booth photo and their keepsake, without any extra steps.
What products can be made at the Keepsake Station?+
Four live crafts: Magnets, Keychains, Live Heat Press (apparel and soft goods), and Live Laser Engraving. You can book one, several, or all four for one event.
How long does each keepsake take to make?+
Most pieces are finished in a few minutes or less — magnets and keychains are typically the fastest, heat press and engraving take a little longer depending on the design, but nobody is standing in a long line waiting.
